Hi, I'm Elizabeth.
I am a first-generation college graduate and lifelong creative. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Media Arts and minors in Anthropology and Applied Computing. I also earned Graduation with Leadership Distinction in Professional and Civic Engagement. 

From the age of ten, I have taught myself how to use video and photo editing programs. I pushed Windows Movie Maker to its breaking point before moving on to more advanced programs like Sony Vegas and the Adobe Creative Cloud. As a professional, I am always searching for ways to improve my technical skills, as technology is always evolving.
Currently, I am a Communications Coordinator for the South Carolina Honors College. At the Honors College, I create promotional materials, assist in photography and video production, and primarily manage the website. I have aided the Honors College in raising funds for important scholarships, designing merchandise items that connect our audience and build brand awareness, and working collaboratively across disciplines to meaningfully tell the stories of students, alumni, faculty, staff, and donors.

My own personal sphere of creative interest is ever expanding and fluctuating. I love learning about new design techniques and how design theory has changed throughout history. Film production holds a special place in my heart–especially horror films. I believe in strategic and holistic storytelling across communication channels.
